Children with ADHD often develop their executive functions—skills like organization, self-control, and time management—through tailored support and interaction with their surroundings. As parents, we play a crucial role, but today’s fast-paced world can complicate our ability to provide the structure and guidance that children with ADHD require.
For nearly two decades, I have been fortunate to coach students and parents specifically in developing executive functions for those with ADHD. One constant has emerged: families where parents are actively engaged in the process achieve the most significant outcomes.
That’s why I created the Family Coaching Method—a program designed to empower you as a parent to strengthen your executive functions while gaining a deeper understanding of how to create a supportive environment for your child with ADHD. You’ll learn how to:
- Model and teach executive function skills through daily interactions tailored for children with ADHD.
- Build calm, organized routines that promote success for both you and your child.
- Utilize purposeful strategies to manage challenges and cultivate more harmony in your home.
With the Family Coaching Method, you will acquire the tools necessary to lead your family with clarity and confidence—creating a life where both you and your child can flourish.
Are you ready to work together to build the life you and your family deserve?
